教学目前主讲本科生专业选修课程《食品包装学》、硕士研究生国际化课程《现代食品保藏技术》和食品工程专业实践课程《食品工程综合实践》、博士生国际化课程《新型食品加工与包装技术》,还曾承担本科生全英文课程《食品保藏原理》的教学任务。指导多名学生先后获国家奖学金、国际微波能学会(IMPI)“Best Student Poster Presentation”、交大十大学习标兵、唐立新奖学金、上海市优秀毕业生等荣誉,本人也荣获新葡的京集团35222vip“凯原十佳”教师、新葡的京集团35222vip第一届教师教学竞赛一等奖等荣誉。

科研主要研究方向为新型食品加工与贮藏保鲜技术,侧重研究低水分食品新型射频杀菌技术以及谷物加工副产物高值化综合利用。先后主持并参与各类科研项目近20项,已发表学术期刊论文60多篇,其中SCI收录论文45篇,申请国家发明专利11项,已授权4项。参与撰写英文学术专著3部及译著1部。现兼任新葡的京集团35222vip松江教授工作站常务专家、中国机械工程学会包装与食品工程分会委员、上海食品学会青年工作委员会委员、《Foods》杂志客座编辑、《包装工程》专家委员,还担任多个国际期刊审稿人,并在多个国际学术会议上受邀做口头报告。
